Tinsel is an AI photo creation app designed exclusively for iPhone, focusing on providing users with high-quality AI modern fashion style clothing transformation services. This Subscription Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “the Agreement”) governs the terms and conditions for your purchase and use of the subscription services and in-app purchases provided by Tinsel (hereinafter referred to as “Subscription Services”). By purchasing, subscribing to, or using any Subscription Services of Tinsel, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Please read this Agreement carefully before using the Subscription Services; your use of the Subscription Services shall be deemed as your full acceptance of all contents of this Agreement.
Tinsel does not require you to register an account or log in to use its basic functions, and the Subscription Services are also available without account registration. Your subscription and in-app purchase will be bound to your Apple ID, and you can manage your subscription through your Apple ID settings.
The Subscription Services provided by Tinsel are designed to help you enjoy a more convenient and comprehensive AI modern fashion style clothing transformation experience. The core content of the Subscription Services includes, but is not limited to, unlimited use of the AI modern fashion style clothing generation function, priority access to new modern fashion clothing templates and prompt tools, and ad-free experience during use. In addition to subscription services, Tinsel also provides coin packs as in-app purchases, which can be used to unlock single AI modern fashion style clothing generation services for users who do not need a long-term subscription.
All Subscription Services are provided based on the current functions and technical capabilities of Tinsel. We will continue to optimize and upgrade the Subscription Services to provide you with a better user experience, but we will not change the core rights and interests promised in the subscription tier you purchased.
Tinsel provides three types of subscription plans for you to choose from, and each plan has clear and exclusive rights. The specific subscription plans are as follows:
All subscription plans and coin packs will clearly display the specific price, validity period, and rights in the app before you purchase, and you can choose the appropriate service according to your needs.
All subscription payments and in-app purchases (coin packs) of Tinsel are processed through the official iOS payment channel (Apple App Store). You need to have a valid payment method bound to your Apple ID to complete the purchase. The specific price of each subscription plan and coin pack will be displayed in the app, and the price may vary according to your region and currency, subject to the price displayed on the Apple App Store at the time of purchase.
When you confirm the purchase and complete the payment through the Apple App Store, the payment will be deducted from your bound payment method immediately. After the payment is successful, the Subscription Services will take effect immediately (for subscription plans) or the coins will be credited to your app account immediately (for coin packs). We do not collect or store any of your payment information; all payment-related operations are completed by Apple, and subject to the relevant rules of the Apple App Store.
All subscription plans of Tinsel are set to auto-renew by default, which means that after your current subscription period expires, the system will automatically renew your subscription for the same period, and the corresponding subscription fee will be deducted from your bound payment method. This auto-renewal setting is to ensure that you can enjoy the Subscription Services without interruption.
You can cancel the auto-renewal at any time before the end of the current subscription period. The specific cancellation method is as follows: Open the “Settings” of your iPhone → Tap your Apple ID → Select “Subscriptions” → Find “Tinsel” → Tap “Cancel Subscription”. After canceling the auto-renewal, your Subscription Services will continue to be valid until the end of the current subscription period, and will not be renewed automatically after expiration. Please note that canceling the auto-renewal will not affect the Subscription Services you have already paid for, and will not entitle you to a refund for the current subscription period.
If the auto-renewal fails (such as insufficient balance in the payment method, expired payment method, etc.), your Subscription Services will be suspended after the current subscription period expires. You can reactivate the Subscription Services by updating your payment method and renewing the subscription.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Apple ID subscription settings, but the cancellation will only take effect from the next subscription period. The subscription fee you have paid for the current period will not be refunded, and you can continue to use the Subscription Services until the end of the current subscription period.
Refunds for subscription payments and in-app purchases (coin packs) are subject to the refund policy of the Apple App Store. If you need to apply for a refund, you can apply through the Apple App Store refund channel. We will cooperate with Apple to process your refund application in accordance with the relevant rules, but we do not have the right to directly handle refund matters independently.
If you purchase a subscription by mistake or encounter other special circumstances that require a refund, please apply for a refund through the Apple App Store within 7 days of the purchase date, and provide relevant proof if necessary. Refunds will be processed according to Apple’s official rules, and the refund amount will be returned to your original payment method.
