Tinsel is an AI photo creation application designed for iPhone, which allows users to quickly transform single portrait photos into unique, polished modern fashion style clothing images through AI technology. By downloading, installing, and using Tinsel, you agree to abide by all the terms and conditions set forth in this User Agreement. This Agreement is formulated to clarify the rights and obligations between you and the App when using the App’s services, ensure a smooth and safe user experience, and protect your legitimate rights and interests. The App is designed to be simple and convenient, and you can use all its functions without registering an account or logging in, enjoying a hassle-free experience.
Tinsel prioritizes user convenience and simplicity, so it does not require you to register an account, provide personal information (such as name, email address, phone number, etc.), or log in through any third-party platforms (such as social media accounts) to use its services. You can start using the App immediately after downloading and installing it on your iPhone. You can freely upload portrait photos from your device’s photo library, take new photos with your device’s camera, use the App’s AI prompt tools to describe your desired modern fashion style, generate AI-transformed modern fashion clothing portraits, save the generated results to your device, and share them with others — all without any account-related operations. We will never collect or request any account information from you, as no account is required to use the App.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the App and its services solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree to use the App in accordance with this Agreement and all applicable rules of the App, and shall not use the App for any illegal, improper, or harmful purposes.
When using the App, you shall abide by the following usage rules:
We attach great importance to your privacy and data security, and we are committed to protecting your personal information and data to the greatest extent possible. When you use the App, we will only process the data necessary to provide you with services (focused on generating modern fashion style clothing images), and we will never collect any unnecessary data.
It is extremely important to emphasize that Tinsel does not collect, create, store, or process any facial information of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to, facial features, facial biometrics, facial templates, or any other data related to your facial characteristics. We do not collect facial information in any form, whether temporarily or permanently. We do not collect facial features such as eye shape, nose shape, mouth shape, or any other unique facial details. We do not perform any form of face recognition, face scanning, or facial analysis, and we will never build a face identity database or use your facial information for any form of tracking, identification, or profiling.
When you upload a portrait photo to the App for AI modern fashion clothing generation, the photo is only used to generate the AI-transformed modern fashion clothing portrait you request. The AI will not extract, record, or store any facial information from the photo. The original portrait photo remains in your device’s photo library, and the AI-generated modern fashion clothing photo is also stored directly on your device unless you choose to share it with others. We do not store any of your photos or facial information on our servers, and we do not have access to your device’s photo library or local data without your explicit permission.
All data related to your use of the App, including your local history of AI outputs (modern fashion clothing creations), is stored exclusively on your device. You have full control over this data and can delete it at any time. We will never share your data with any third parties except as necessary to complete the AI modern fashion clothing generation process, and our AI processing partner will not store your photos or collect any facial information from them.
You retain full ownership of all original portrait photos you upload to the App and all AI-generated modern fashion clothing photos created through the App. The App only provides technical support for generating AI-transformed modern fashion clothing content and does not claim any ownership of your content.
You agree that you may use the AI-generated modern fashion clothing content for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as sharing on social media, sending to friends and family, or saving for personal collection. If you use the AI-generated modern fashion clothing content for commercial purposes, you shall obtain the necessary authorization and bear all corresponding responsibilities.
You shall not use the AI-generated modern fashion clothing content to engage in any illegal or improper activities, including but not limited to infringing upon others’ rights and interests, spreading false information, or violating public order and good customs. If you violate this provision and cause any consequences, you shall bear full responsibility.
The App’s AI modern fashion clothing generation function can be used through coins or membership plans. Coin packs are available as in-app purchases, and membership plans include monthly, 6-month, and yearly options. When you make an in-app purchase, you agree to abide by the relevant purchase rules of the App and the iOS platform. The App supports the “Restore Purchases” function, which allows you to restore your purchased coins or membership on the same device or other devices logged in with the same Apple ID. The membership interface will clearly display your current membership plan and expiration time, and the auto-renewal terms will be shown in the App before you make a purchase.
